All classes are pre-recorded and available online on your computer or phone anytime you like for your convenience. This is a journey, through series of interactive video lessons you will be guided through various artistic techniques and mindfulness exercises. Suitable for beginners and more experienced artists alike.
How long?
The course is divided into 4 distinct modules (5-6 lessons each and you need 5-15 min per lesson), each focusing on different aspects of art and mindfulness. Each module builds upon the previous one, ensuring a comprehensive learning experience that covers everything from basic techniques to integrating art into daily life.
You are welcome to go at your own speed.
How much time do I need to complete classes?
Classes are short and sweet. Between 5-15 min and you can practice as long as you like. I've included bonus classes that are longer so you can go deeper and create larger and more complex artworks. When you learn all the skills you will be able to draw as long and complex as you like or keep it short and sweet when on the go.
What makes it different from other art courses?
This is not your typical art course, I will not bore you with technicalities or teach you how to copy what you see. I've designed this program from over 10 years of experiences in the variety of fields like wellness, therapy and art, combining, in a unique way, all the different practices and styles that I've learned and now I share it with you.
Will there be a community?
You will be part of an online community where you can share artwork, get feedback, and connect with fellow learners. This community will be here to motivate and inspire, as well as providing support throughout your artistic journey.

Between 5 and 15 minutes. Some bonus materials are longer but not mandatory. You can complete most of the lessons on the go, while you wait for a cup of coffee, lunch break or commuting. Few visual meditations I would recommend to do in a private setting.

Mindfully Art combines mindfulness, neuroscience, and creativity in a hands-on way. There is no need for talking, and we let our subconscious to do most of the work while we drawing. I do use some techniques from meditation, journaling and therapy too, I just combine it in a unique way, but main focus is always on the way we are drawing, that gives your mind and your body a quiet place to land - without needing to âfixâ anything. Itâs calming, expressive, and works even when words donât.

I'm Yuliya Dan - an artist, founder of Mindfully Art, and a firm believer that creativity can heal. With over 10 years of experience blending mindfulness, psychology, and neuroplasticity into art, Iâve helped hundreds of people reconnect with themselves through gentle, expressive drawing.
My profesiojnal art career took me internationally, and I've exhibited in London, New York, and Cape Town and collaborated with charities including the British Red Cross, DrawforNHS, ArtAid Ukraine, and TogetherOneHeart because I believe that art should do more than just hang on a wall - it should make an impact.
